Is it good to build a garden inside bedroom?

Pretty good idea. But you might have to work on some sort of sun roof and study exentisvely about types of the indoor plants. Cestrum Nocturnum is a highly fragrant flower plant, the flowers open during the night - but it requires lots of sun/water for growth.

Also, you will need to use lots of pesticides %26amp; insecticides to keep unwanted guest away from your bedroom. Ample flow of air is needed in this type of room to blow out harmful gases produced by plants.

Think of a well designed greenhouse and put your bed into that area !!!!!!!!!!! Then you can spend all your day %26amp; night with many type of flowers especially Gardenia, Boronia(native australian) and orchids.
Reply:you could be creative enough to accomplish this, just as long as you have NO CATS, lol!!

p.s. My Mom said when she was a little girl she planted grass in her bedroom, designing it also w/Hawaiian decor. However the starfish she found at the beach stunk up her room hanging on the fishnet, so she gave up on this whole idea

no, she was never normal
Reply:No.
Reply:only if you really like to garden
Reply:There are plants that are natural "air cleaners". I have between 25-30 plants inside most of the time, in lieu of an air filter. Spider plants are great for that. You can find lists of plants online that clean the air. Be careful, if you have lots of indoor plants, that the soil doesn't get gnats and spiders in it. I carefully "stir up" and aerate the soil in the containers about once a week.
