What's a good metaphor to describe a place(garden) that is peaceful and beautiful?

Like the experiecing of walking into that garden?

What's a good metaphor to describe a place(garden) that is peaceful and beautiful?

Reply:I have a dozen gardens each with differing themes. I call these my "garden rooms" with names like my red garden, herb garden and my favorite, as well as kids is my "land of giants". Castor beans, amaranth's, sunflowers and a "maize maze" of sweet corn. RScott
Reply:"Shabumi" = chinese word (i think!) for a place (undefined) meaning inner peace, knowleadge, tranqility, at one with nature and beauty all in one go ! It was also the title of good book i read many years ago thats how i know the meaning!
