We have a percel of hilly land (1hectare) we want to convert to a memorial garden for people to bury their love ones, the place is near our town.
How do you start a Memorial Garden?
I would think there are some laws affecting that as well as zoning. If the land is in town limits, check with the town government. If it is outside town check with the county government.
They may want a layout of the land showing the lot layout and amount of lots.
