What can I plant in my garden to repel mosquitos?

I'm looking for suggestions for ornamental plants. I'm redoing a garden spot as an herb garden, and would like to discourage the mosquitos that like to swarm back there. I do not like to use a lot of chemicals, so please don't just say "spray Raid!".

We have rosemary, opal basil, winter savory and oregano in our herb garden, and marigolds around the vegetable patch. Petunias hanging in baskets near the sunporch help as well. Citronella is a great idea and lemongrass contains some oils that are similar.

Here is a site for more information:

Reply:May I offer a non-gardening answer. Put a banana peel on the windowsill of an open window and the mozzies won't come through that window. Change the peel when it gets dry, black and manky. Better than poisonous spray and along with the plants mentioned above, will make for a mosquito free garden and home.
Reply:citronnella, it's a relative of the geranium with frilly leaves and tiny flowers. That's the plant used in Skin So Soft by Avon, I think.
Reply:parsley, but you are supposed to rub on your skin

clove oil in house, so maybe cloves
